The Right Kind of Wrong is the story of Leo Palamino (Ryan Kwanten), a failed writer-cum-dishwasher made famous for his many flaws and shortcomings in a blog called Why You Suck, written by his ex wife. He meets Colette, the girl of his dreams on the day she is marrying the perfect man. And so the ultimate underdog love story begins… in which Leo, a fearless dreamer, risks all to show Colette and the whole world all that is right with a man famous for being wrong.

Ryan Kwanten co-stars in True Blood, HBO’s highly rated series currently airing in its fifth season. He appeared in Warner Bros. series Summerland and played the lead in ESPN’s The Junction Boys.

“I can’t wait to bring this great story to life and to work with this exciting team,” says Ryan Kwanten.

“Ryan is a fabulously talented young actor who feels like he was born to play this part,” said producer Robert Lantos.

“Ryan Kwanten brings a balance of humor and edge to every character he plays. He can turn from vulnerable to threatening on a dime yet he remains lovable throughout,” added director Jeremiah Chechik.

Director Jeremiah Chechik’s credits include Benny & Joon and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation as well as the mini-series Bronx is Burning. For the past several years he has directed episodes of many television series including Gossip Girl, Burn Notice and Chuck.
