REMEMBER NOMINATED FOR BEST FOREIGN FILM AT THE DONATELLO AWARDS/ ITALY’S ACADEMY AWARDS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – TORONTO, March 28, 2016 – Serendipity Point Films is honoured that its most recent film REMEMBER, starring Christopher Plummer and Martin Landau and directed by Atom Egoyan, has been nominated for the Donatello award for Best Foreign Film. The other nominees are Inside Out, Spotlight, Bridge of Spies and Carol.

“I am thrilled to be nominated for Best Foreign Language Feature in Italy, the country whose cinema inspired me to be a filmmaker.” Says producer, Robert Lantos.

Director, Atom Egoyan says, “From the moment we premiered the film at Venice, we were aware that the film struck a particular chord with the Italian audience. This is a huge honour”

REMEMBER had its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival in September of 2015 and is currently playing in theatres across the United States via distributor A24 Films.

REMEMBER is written by Benjamin August, directed by Atom Egoyan, produced by Robert Lantos and Ari Lantos. Executive Producers include Anant Singh, Jeff Sagansky and Mark Musselman.
